Initially, I checked the website and was very impressed with their overall marketing materials and professional online presence. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling 🙄☹️ after a heavy rainstorm. Matt came to help us out on a Sunday morning despite his having had a late commitment on Saturday night. He checked the shingles on the roof and all the vents and stacks for a possible leak source, resealed where he thought it needed it.
